Shipping Policy (For Physical Products)

We currently deliver nationwide across Nigeria.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeline:

Lagos: 2-3 business days

Other States: 3-7 business days (depending on location)

Delivery Partners: We work with reliable courier services such as GIG Logistics, Kwik Delivery, DHL, and local dispatch riders to ensure your order arrives safely.

Free delivery on orders above ₦20,000

Pickup Option: Available in Lagos upon request.

We will contact you with pickup details after order confirmation.

Order Tracking: Tracking details will be sent via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if available).

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Return & Refund Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

For Physical Products:
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within 3 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours (wrong or damaged item).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days, via bank transfer or your original payment method.

For Digital Products (Colouring Sheets – PDF Downloads):

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed after the PDF has been sent to your email. If you encounter any issues receiving the file, please contact us immediately at seyi@craftycrayonbooks.com

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for physical products within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. For digital products, cancellations are not permitted once payment is confirmed and the file has been delivered.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect necessary personal information such as your name, address, email, phone number, and payment details to process and deliver your orders.We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except trusted partners like payment processors and delivery companies to fulfil your orders. Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

* Debit/Credit Cards (via Paystack)

* Bank Transfers (details provided at checkout if selected) - If you select this option please use your order number as the payment reference.

Note: Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be canceled. For digital products, your download link or PDF file will be sent to your email within 5-30 minutes after payment is confirmed

Digital Product Delivery Policy

Digital Downloads: After successful payment, your coloring sheet PDF(s) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email is correct. If you do not receive the file within 30 minutes, check your spam/junk folder or contact us. All digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
