How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your favorites to cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your details, choose your payment method, and complete your order.

We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, Paystack and USSD payments (where available).

Can I pay on delivery?
No, we currently operate on prepaid orders only to ensure smooth and secure transactions for both digital and physical products.

What happens if my payment fails?
If payment fails, please try again or contact us at [email/WhatsApp] for help. Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.

We deliver nationwide within Nigeria.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an update via email, SMS, or WhatsApp with tracking info where available.

Digital Products (Colouring Sheet Downloads)

How do I receive my digital colouring sheets?
After your payment is confirmed, your PDF file(s) will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout within 30 minutes to 1 hour.

I didn't receive my download. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll resend it.

Are digital products refundable?
No. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Can I share or resell the coloring sheets?
No. All digital downloads are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is strictly prohibited.
